All returns should be new, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.

We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds for items purchased on chasehot.com that are postmarked for return within 15 days of their post marked delivery date. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns received without a receipt will not be processed.

CHASEHOT reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear and tear.

Discoloration, tear, and / or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective
Items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and / or stains are not accepted
